Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Hookfire platform (the “Service”) operated by Releasy Corp (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Account Terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide a valid email address and any other required information to complete the registration process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Accounts registered by automated methods (bots) are not permitted.

Billing and Payments

  • A valid payment method is required for paid plans.
  • The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such amounts.
  • Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or capacity. We are not liable for any such loss.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where the account remains open but unused.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings in the Service.
  • Upon cancellation, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Modifications to the Service and Pricing

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice.
  • Pricing for the Service is subject to change with 10 days’ prior notice. Notice of pricing changes will be posted on the Service or sent to you via email.
  • We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam through webhooks.
  • Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas applicable to your plan.

Webhook Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you transmit through the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of webhooks processed through the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws.
  • We do not monitor the content of webhooks but reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Releasy Corp and its licensors.
  • You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Service’s design, visual elements, or code without our express written permission.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasy Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Releasy Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
